Straight tapered blade with a smooth edge, 16cm long, made of stainless steel, is designed for comfortable boning around joints and bones. The handle is ergonomically shaped, with a polypropylene yellow handle, without micropores and welded to the blade. It can be sterilized up to a temperature of 120 DegC and washed in a dishwasher.
