Swissmar offers metallic fondue sets in cast aluminum, stainless steel and copper plated stainless steel which are ideal for an oil/broth fondue. Suited to cooking at high temperatures, the oil/broth is often pre-heated directly in the fondue pot on the stovetop and then carefully transferred to the rechaud base.
