Serra Sharp shears from Mundial are equipped with micro-serrations that prevent material from sliding. For cutting long straight pieces of fabric, we recommend scissors without micro-serrations so that they do not ""bite"" into the fabric. NB! carbon steel is susceptible to rusting. The nickel-plated variants are protected against rust, but the cutting surface is logically not protected with nickel.
