The S151PCP 15313 is the Sani-Safe NSF certified vegetable / utility slicer knife with a White textured polypropylene handle, protective finger guard, and a 3 1/2"" long, straight-edge DEXSTEEL stain-free, high-carbon steel blade. The Sani-Safe collection of knives feature blade-to-handle impervious seals that protect against contamination and they have textured, slip-resistant polypropylene handles that resist both high and low temperatures. DEXSTEEL has a finer grain structure that enhances the durability and edge sharpness of the blade.
